Role description:
This role is part of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis’ offices globally. The GEC brings key capabilities and capacity to support our clients seamlessly around the world. For those in GEC there are options to be dedicated to one country; developing deep knowledge and strong relationships, as well as opportunities to be part of teams working truly globally as a centre of excellence, offering diversity and variety. You will join our global Structural Engineering team, where our projects and development opportunities can fit various ambitions from 3D modeling and parametric design to Operate & Maintain digital methods. The delivery is secured through global collaboration platforms like BIM360, which allows engineers across various offices to work together seamlessly while maintaining clear visibility for our clients

Role accountabilities:
- Working on multinational projects following European standards;
- Developing projects (from concept to execution files) meeting the client’s specific requirements;
- Preparation of conceptual and outline designs for structural schemes;
- Detailing formwork and reinforcement plans;
- Occasional visits for training or projects in Arcadis offices from Europe.
Mandatory:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering;
- Minimum 2-3 years design experience;
- Good Revit skills;
- 3D modeling of concrete and steel structures skills;
- Formwork and steel drawings development skills;
- Technical knowledge about structural elements and construction processes;
- Good English skills.
- Experience in precast concrete construction processes;
- Reinforcement drawings development skills;
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines for multiple assignments.
- Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines;
- Great interpersonal skills (teamwork, supportive attitude, eager to learn, proactivity).
