Key Responsibilities:
- Website Development: Design, build, and maintain responsive Word Press websites, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Customization: Customize themes and plugins to meet specific client requirements while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and marketing teams to implement engaging designs and functional features that align with campaign strategies.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring smooth website functionality.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and performance.
- Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain websites, ensuring security, speed, and compatibility with the latest web technologies.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Word Press, including theme development, plugin customization, and site migration.
- Coding Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, Java Script, and PHP, with a solid understanding of web development principles.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to integrate design elements seamlessly into functional websites, creating a visually appealing user experience.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration in a remote environment.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- 3+ years of proven experience in Word Press development.
