Job Purpose: Define strategy for the company, and support subsidiaries on their strategy definition .Define governance frameworks for delivery of special projects & monitoring of existing operations performance .Lead role in major programs execution (launch of new entities/companies, major projects, etc.)Active monitoring and support to business units for execution of special projects and operations ensure alignment with strategic planning and objectives. Job responsibilities:
Expert support for preparation of Value Creation framework and tools for different initiatives and new companies/entities launch (Program/Initiative Scope, Strategic Planning, Operating Models and Governance, Budget Management Plans, Controls & Monitoring Plan, Quality Assurance, Risks & Issues frameworks, Stakeholders & Communications Management Plans, etc.).
Leading role on Special Projects Launch/Transformation office preparation and overall execution coordination.
Provide consultancy support to delivery teams throughout the lifecycle of their projects, from advisory & monitoring to acting roles (when required).
Consulting support to define & review the company strategy & selected subsidiaries.
Conduct project 'deep dives' as required and provide analysis and recommendations to improve management of risk and increase the likelihood of successful delivery.
Undertake Strategic Program Reviews to assess the strength of program strategy and management controls, and share best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
Job Type: Permanent Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR30,000.00 per month
