Front office & supplier, service provider, Service and Support proficiency People Management 1. Consulting with Head of ICT and other departments improvements and updated to Odoo. 2. Ensure employees are continuously updated on Odoo for efficient usage. 3. Providing Odoo troubleshoot support to staff and customers. 4. Troubleshoots system issues and provides guidance to users. Team Support Analysis 1. Resolving logged errors in a timely manner. 2. Monitoring system performance metrics and recommending solutions. 3. Conducting system quality assurance audits periodically. Analytical reasoning and problem solving. Operations 1. Maintaining the security matrixes and ensuring ERP and App system security. 2. Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests. 3. Liaise with business to upgrade and manage systems to ensure they are operating effectively and efficiently. 4. Monitor responsible end-user observations and escalate to the Head of ICT. Strategic planning and operational activity management Strategy 1. Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs. 2. Implement new business and productivity software Strategic ability and solutions. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to QAR9,000.00 per month
