Senior Human Resources Officer
QHire Human Resources Consultancy is urgently hiring for a Senior Human Resources Officer.

Responsibilities:
- Update regional employee lists and issue to relevant parties at the end of each month.
- Maintain hard and soft copy of all HR files for all employees.
- Coordinate Training & Development plan.
- Ensure leave requests are completed by employees and maintain a leave schedule.
- Liaise with PRO on all aspects of visa requirements.
- Issue relevant FME documentation to new employees.
- Coordinate on-boarding and induction of new employees.
- Coordinate with requirements related to Medical Insurance.
- Manage the Payroll and liaise with the Finance department.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a reputed institute.
- Must have a minimum 5-6 years of experience in an HR
