Job Summary Jascon Engineering WLL is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical support to clients, and promoting our engineering solutions to meet customers' needs. The Sales Engineer will bridge the gap between our technical team and customers, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery. Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build strong relationships with existing clients, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. Technical Expertise: Understand customer requirements, present suitable solutions, and provide technical support during and after the sales process. Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Jascon Engineering’s product offerings, and provide technical demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the client’s requirements are understood and executed correctly, from project initiation to completion. Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide relevant information to clients and improve sales tactics. Proposal Writing & Presentations: Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to the client’s needs. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in a Sales Engineer or similar role in the engineering or technical field. Strong technical understanding of engineering products and solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to client needs. Knowledge of the regional market and industry trends is a plus. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
