- A valid real estate license (or ability to obtain one).
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in real estate sales or related fields.
