Job Description:

As a commission-only agent, you will have the opportunity to earn unlimited income while providing exceptional service to clients in their real estate journey.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings.
• Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions from start to finish.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers and inspectors.

Requirements:

• Valid real estate license in Qatar.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a commission-based environment.

Compensation:

• Commission-only structure with unlimited earning potential based on sales performance.
