Job Responsibility’s
Pre Contract Duties

• Receiving Quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors and prepare price comparison analysis.
• Prepare and Finalize the Bill of Quantities for the submission.
• Checking the entire tender documents received from the client and prepares Project brief.
• Preparing Quantity take off from the tender drawings and compare with the tender BOQ and prepare Query sheets for the missing items.

Post Contract Duties

• Preparing and compiling Variation claim document with all relevant substantiation to the Satisfaction of the Engineer/Employer.
• Evaluating Sub-Contractor’s variations.
• Preparing Quantity take off for the site requirement (Civil, fit out Infrastructure, Utilities etc.)
• Preparing & Updating Subcontractors/Suppliers Material delivery log.
• Final Account preparation for Subcontractors
• Conducting the site team in daily basis to collect the actual details of daily manpower, materials and preliminaries.
• Providing the Daily, Weekly & monthly cost reports to the Management.
• Monitoring the monthly actual cost against budget and highlighted to management.
• Preparing Interim payment Application against value of work done for measured works, variation orders, material on site/off site, special payments in accordance with contract.
• Verifying the monthly payment applications from Sub-contractors and Prepare Payment Certificates based on actual progress of S/C work.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)
