We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control procedures and the ability to implement and maintain quality assurance protocols effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 01/11/2024
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control procedures and the ability to implement and maintain quality assurance protocols effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC systems and procedures to ensure that products and services meet industry standards and customer specifications.
- Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications and standards.
- Identify and document non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Collaborate with production, operations, and engineering teams to improve quality performance and solve quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and testing results.
- Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards, such as ISO, ASTM, or other quality management systems.
- Train and educate staff on quality procedures and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Conduct internal audits and report findings to the management team.
- Participate in root cause analysis for any quality issues and assist in implementing process improvements.
- Monitor and verify compliance with health and safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in Flooring , furnishings and interior industry.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and quality control principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using QA/QC software tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, or similar).
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
