QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Preferably MMUP/UPDA certified with 15 years of relevant experience in Marine and Oil & Gas.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to handle and execute the project schedules as per deadlines.
· Excellent Leadership skills to manage & implement requirements to meet project objectives
· Excellent Project management skills and ability to work in a contracting environment.
· Excellent abilities in Team building, Delegation, Change management and Problem solving.
· Excellent adaptability to deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
· Sound knowledge in Design Development Activity. Good knowledge of producing design drawings and calculations with time and cost constraints.
· Excellent communication, management, technical and leadership skills.
· Excellent knowledge of construction activities and Quality, Health Safety Management System.
· Skilled in preparing project budgets, manpower histograms, etc.
· Effectiveness in a high-pressure environment.
· Skilled in MS Office utilities. Excellent Interaction skills with internal & External customers, relevant parties etc.
