Production Excellence Coach
• Offshore OIL & Gas Platform Treating & Separating Oil, Gas & Water, Injecting / Re- injecting Water & Gas, • Maintain & Bridge Gap of Platform operators' competencies. • Training delivered includes general modules for all staff as well as specific modules for training & development of the operators.
Your main duties will be to: -
HSE: Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behaviour with regard to HSEQ rules &
requirements, as well Company Ethics & “Code of Conduct” policy
Complete base assessment of competency, launch training and deliver
continuous improvement, promote and control rigorous application of Golden Rules in all activities
Promote HSE culture within the Technican team offshore and support Base Ops
Supervisory delivery
Provide the basic knowledge necessary to work on within ALS FIELD & to confirm the acceptance level is met
Propose all relevant training actions to improve the individual / group efficiency or the HSE awareness of the operations
Report regularly to the site management team (OIM & OTL) on the progress, proposal & difficulties faced during execution
Assess training needs, identify gaps & to propose & organize additional on Site
trainings when required.
Organize the agreed training sessions, lead them & supervise the validation of the training modules.
Manage the training documentation & provide copies of assessment to the site
management team (OIM & OTL)
Propose & develop new modules as necessary based on the modification to the
facilities.
Participate to the writing of Site work Instructions where required, including review of exisiting site working instructions
Deliver the training on Site to technicians
Contribute to the Site periodic reporting as requested by Site Management – OIM & OTL
Establish & manage a quality plan to guarantee the permanent optimization of the resources, the methods & the results of the training.
Elaborate & perform specific training sessions in accordance with any internal site or NOC findings.
Assist production operators during plant shutdown preparation & restart, but always for training purposes.
Facilitate specific trainings organization other than technical (Compliance, ...) in accordance with the site management – OIM & OTL
Your profile
Qualification: Supervisor level or equivalent, with 10 years of practical experience in Operations. Experience in Offshore environment as a min.
To be certified as Trainer (meaning to have successfully followed the “Training for
Trainer” session). Total E&P Referential knowledge preferred.
You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
