As a Product Coordinator, you are required to support the Product Development and Quality Control team in maintaining and expanding the QR Holidays portfolio. You will also be required to handle administrative duties in relation to the contracting process and ensure that suppliers meet the quality standards set by QR Holidays.
Other key responsibilities are:
- Source international suppliers and manage their relationship to ensure best positioning, products, service quality, ROI, and pricing of QRH products in the market.
- Analyze and benchmark competitor products, rates, tactical offers and monitor sales performance, negotiate discounts and override commissions.
- Ensure constant supply of special deals to support sales and marketing campaigns.
- Follow set SOPs and ensure terms specified in supplier contracts are followed with regards to the booking process, payment and financial terms.
- Maintain Contract pipeline for controlling hotel/services, tickets raised with Online system data loading team and internal stakeholders
- Main reports and other data to keep track of QRH production with each of the suppliers and a daily sales report to follow-up with trends and anticipate sales periods.

Qualifications
About You
- Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in uploading contracts on online systems
- Experience working on manual cost sheets and flyers
- A proven track record of developing and maintaining relations with suppliers
- Experience in tour-operating of travel management
