We're looking for a Private Tutor for a requirement from one of our clients. Candidates are recommended to glance through the job description and to read through the role's minimum qualification, as well as to answer all of the pre-screening questions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree holder, Master's Degree holder preferred.
- Prior experience with all levels of the British Curriculum.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of subjects such as Match, English, and Science (preferred expertise on Biology, Physics, and Chemistry).
- Outstanding communication skills
- Valid QID / NOC
- Develop customized lesson plans tailored to the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
- Provide instruction and guidance in specific subjects or skill areas, such as mathematics, language arts, science, or test preparation.
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to engage students and facilitate understanding of concepts.
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments, homework assignments, and practice exercises.
- Offer constructive feedback and encouragement to motivate students and reinforce learning.
- Adapt teaching strategies as needed to accommodate different learning paces and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with students and their parents or guardians to discuss progress, goals, and any concerns.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to academic growth and development.
