We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by effectively presenting merchandise, driving sales, and maintaining store standards. Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management to ensure optimal product availability. Assist with inventory audits and restocking as needed.
Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, seasonal patterns, and customer preferences, making recommendations for product placement and promotions.
Store Collaboration: Work closely with store management and sales teams to ensure consistent execution of merchandising strategies and to support promotional activities.
Brand Representation: Maintain a deep understanding of our brand, products, and target market to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Training and Support: Provide guidance to sales staff on visual merchandising standards and product knowledge to enhance customer service and sales performance.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies, providing insights that can inform merchandising decisions and store layouts.
Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent; a degree in fashion merchandising, retail management, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in retail sales merchandising, or a related role, preferably in the fashion industry.
Strong understanding of fashion trends and customer preferences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
