Create and develop company profile and other Marketing Material .
Working with the executive team, to set the marketing strategy for the business.
Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and other departments.
Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
Increasing brand awareness and market share.
Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
Generating new business leads.
Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Improving the social media platforms.
Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
Managing the marketing department's staff.
Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies.
Coordinating with medical staff for the contents of the social media plans.
Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures.
Overseeing the company’s attendance at local events.
Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer satisfaction, and generate more qualified leads.
Qualifications / Skills:
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related Experience: 8-10 years in Marketing (Healthcare Field experience is a plus)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), Canva, or other design tools.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills Implementing Marketing strategies & KPI’s
Must be Arabic speaking, and fluent in English
Preferably Lebanese (Male or Female)
Qatari driving license is a must
Must be locally available in Qatar, with transferrable sponsorship
