Legal Consultant (Temporary)
- Corresponding with Law firms with respect to the labor cases raised by employees.
- Reviewing legal matters related to Finance, Procurement and HR departments.
- Implementing HR regulations with regards to taking disciplinary actions and issuing warning letters.
- Prepare memorandums and internal and external documents related to legal matters.
- Drafting legal opinions, memoranda and briefing documents and advise legal rights, obligations, and procedures.
- Review, draft and negotiate contracts and other agreements related to employment and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, rules and regulations.
- Assist in formulating the organization's internal policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with external legal firms and legal activities.
