Job Description & Summary
You will support the Leadership office team in Doha by implementing change initiatives, monitoring project progress, and providing performance insights, analysis, and regulatory compliance support.
Additionally, you will assist with performance analysis and reports for the different functions in the Doha office.
- Develop and deliver impactful reports and presentations for leadership meetings, effectively summarizing key findings and operational insights to inform decision-making.
- Analyze cross-functional data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint areas for operational improvement.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Power BI to analyze data, identify variances against budgets, and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Monitor operating statements and operational margins across departments to uncover opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
- Co-lead regulatory reporting efforts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Regularly maintain and update the Qatar Regulatory procedure to ensure compliance with current regulations.
- Collaborate with XLo S and IFS teams to ensure all operations adhere to established policies and industry regulations
- Partner on cross-functional initiatives and special projects aimed at enhancing operational workflows and strategies.
- Co-lead on the people initiatives in the office including internal and external people events.
