Requirements:
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
- with culinary backgrounds
- 10 years of experience
- 5 years experience in GCC country
- knowledge in different cuisines
- must have knowledge in English Breakfast
- in-depth knowledge of the product and raw materials
- Planning Menus
- Ensuring food quality and taste is of the high standard
- Managing inventory of stock and ordering raw materials
- a thoroughly knowledge of all aspects of the operations of a kitchen
- to be able to plan and delegates job tasks to the junior staffs
- primarily to plan and direct food preparations
- organizing duty roster of the staffs
- have ability to adapt to any situation and context
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
