Injection Molding Operators
- Operate extruder or injection molding machines and attend to specific production processes daily.
- Perform a diverse range of tasks related to operating manufacturing equipment, including opening, closing, mixing, loading, inserting parts, capping products, and assembly.
- Monitor vacuum tank gauge, air pressure, and wall thickness of pipes; report inconsistencies for remedial action.
- Fix sizing issues and monitor haul-off machines to ensure proper pipe production.
- Collect pipe samples and hand them over to the QC laboratory for approval.
- Review previous shifts’ production with the operator being relieved and submit reports as required.
- Remove parts from molds or conveyors; inspect and trim parts per production specifications.
- Set the printer for required data and adjust the cutter for standard lengths.
- Contact technicians or supervisors if parts do not meet quality standards.
- Inform supervisors of any machine malfunctions and coordinate with technicians for resolution.
- Record scrap or non-conforming products on control sheets and store them appropriately for review.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Carry out housekeeping duties in the plant and working environment.
Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
