Qualifications:
Completion of relevant technical training related to the implementation of HSE system in various types of facilities. Good communication skill.
Require Valid Qatar Driving Lisence
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
· At least five (5) years working experience in the area of HSE including the development, implementation and auditing of HSE management system.
· Demonstrated ability to assess and audit contractors/facilities on HSE matters.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Accountability:
Main accountability is the timely (and in compliance with applicable standard) completion of assigned tasks such HSE inspection and audits
Responsibilities:
· Support the company HSE Management in establishing and continuously improving the HSE culture within the work site.
· Assist the HSEQ Manager/Coordinator in the implementation and improvement of the HSE management system.
· Carry out safety inspection/checks/audits of various ECMFM work sites. Ensures safety inspections are documented, corrective actions identified and implemented and appropriately signed off.
· Assist the HSEQ Manager/Coordinator in various HSE initiatives, campaigns and focus activities to improve compliance with HSE standards.
· Updates Job Safety Analysis in coordination with the various site supervisors.
· Monitor site tool box meeting and ensure that the applicable HSE induction program and training are implemented.
· In case of any HSE incidence, carry out inspection and support investigations authorized by the HSE Coordinator.
· Performs other functions as directed by the senior ECMFM officers.
Risk, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
· Comply with ENGIE Cofely Mannai FM Quality Assurance and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Risk Management Systems, including legal and statutory obligations.
· Participates in improvement and issue resolution process/initiatives of ENGIE Cofely Mannai.
· Identify and report close call to avoid the future incidents.
· Identify and report problems in processes or systems.
· Promote a positive HSE culture in the workplace.
Accountability:
· Main accountability is the timely (and in compliance with applicable standard) completion of assigned work orders.
· Timely submission of required reports.
· Ensuring compliance to HSE policies and procedures of ENGIE Cofely Mannai and that of the Client when on site.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
