Job Description as follows:
- Checking, verifying and understanding the files/ documents
- Filing of documents in specific way
- Scanning of all documents before filing and saving in order
- Transportation of documents from office to File Room and vice versa
- Provide the documents file scan/ physical copy when required
- Good knowledge of files/ documents and filing procedure
- Able to use computer system
- Driving license will be a better point
- Good communication skill and good behavior
- Cooperative and good listener
