Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

This role will enhance services technology, integrate customer data, or capture engines/products reliability, availability, maintenance, safety, and other performance parameters including hourly, nonexempted and exempt employees as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities.
The position requires understanding of a concepts, methods, and procedures (technical bachelor’s degree).
As a Dedicated Diagnostic Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting of installed base including activities such as customer issue resolution, fleet issues, service bulletin implementation, Monitoring & Diagnostics, fleet configuration, maintenance of fleet data, outage management.
- Resolving problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent.
- Working together with people from the business unit under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities, and giving explanations on technical issues.
- Communicating with direct team and supervisor.
- Presenting to internal teams on metrics, project status and research.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have bachelor’s degree (Major: mechanical or electrical/Electronic or computer engineering preferred) from an accredited university or college.
- Have Fluency in English.
Desired Characteristics:
- Have previous experience working in an engineering role is preferred.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Have strong interpersonal, leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
- Have ability to work independently.
