We are seeking a Coffee Shop Manager, preferably female, with experience in catering and event management. The ideal candidate will manage the daily operations of the coffee cart, with a focus on expanding our catering services and overseeing events. This role involves managing the team, coordinating logistics, and ensuring top-notch customer service at events.

- Manage and grow the catering and event services, building relationships with clients.
- Supervise staff, ensure proper training, and maintain excellent customer service.
- Coordinate logistics for events and ensure the cart is set up on time and runs smoothly.
- Handle inventory, supplier orders, and manage operational budgets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Assist in promoting the coffee cart and its services through marketing and client outreach.
- Proven experience managing a coffee cart, coffee shop, or event catering.
- Strong understanding of catering and event coordination.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mobile environment.
- Experience in budgeting, inventory, and staff management.
- Qatar driving license is a plus.
