Assistant Operations Manager
JOB PURPOSE:
This role acts as a single point of contact for Facilities management across All sites for operational queries. The role is responsible for effectively managing all works related to facility maintenance and supporting all stakeholders by providing efficient information regarding the operations.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:-
This role acts as a single point of contact for Facilities management across All sites for operational queries. The role is responsible for effectively managing all works related to facility maintenance and supporting all stakeholders by providing efficient information regarding the operations.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:-
- Liaise with FM contractors to ensure timely completion and resumption of operation within defined timelines with minimal operational impact.
- Manage incident and emergency management, Management team, including data collection and decision-making to guarantee the best possible result by minimizing interruptions for other stakeholders.
- Ensure collaboration and coordination with operations/security/safety/IT and other stakeholders to deliver asset availability for smooth operations as well as to ensure minimal operational impact.
- Manage and address last-minute operational requests by stakeholders and update management about critical ongoing tasks.
- Coordinate, collaborate and decide as and when needed to support all stakeholders during planned, unplanned emergency situation and/or including event management.
- Responsible for supporting FM contractors to obtain emergency permit approval.
- Organize, manage and conduct QHSE audits as per required standards.
- Update shift critical incidents/events/failures at the regular OPS coordination meetings & maintain shift handover reports.
- Conduct major maintenance planning.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering) or Equivalent with a Minimum 5 years of FM experience.
- Practical experience in safety management and regulations governing buildings, facilities & infrastructure
- Experiences - Operations experience, Project Management, Financial Management, Facilities Management, Technical background
- Valid QID & NOC
