You’ll work closely with the hotel management to develop and implement security policies, maintain compliance with local safety regulations, and lead a team of professionals to uphold the highest standards of safety.

- Ideally with a professional diploma or certification in Safety and Security.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a security management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.
- Experience managing security teams and overseeing safety protocols
- Familiarity with security systems and surveillance equipment (CCTV, access control, etc.)
- Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills are an asset.
- Ability to handle emergency situations and communicate clearly under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and external agencies.
