Job Description
Key areas of responsibility are:
- Clarify and analyze requirements and issues.
- Apply testing techniques to verify the requirements.
- Ensure traceability between requirements and tests.
- Execute test cases, document results, and report problems.
- Define the test plan and test matrix.
- Create and maintain a test schedule.
- Define and coordinate the test activities, including assignment of responsibilities.
- Select test platforms/test centers.
- Generate test summary reports.
- Track and report status.
- Escalate test resource conflicts.
- Serve as the main contact for the test topic for the whole project.
- Make decisions to solve urgent issues, balancing resources and prioritizing the project.
- Support and engage test team members.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- University education in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics, Electronics-Telecommunication, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in Software Testing.
- Good knowledge of C# and Python programming languages.
- Good knowledge of UI testing frameworks (Playwright, Selenium).
- Good English skills, with the ability to communicate with foreign colleagues and various levels of stakeholders.
- Experience in the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Good testing knowledge and testing techniques; ISTQB certification preferred
- (Foundation/Advanced level).
- Experience with emulators, simulators, debugging, and test equipment.
- Self-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
- with good teamwork, time management and negotiation skills.
