Could you be the Enthusiastic Talent Manager that we've been looking for?
What do we expect from you?
- Relevant Experience : At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT Recruitment
- Organizational Skills: You love keeping things up-to-date and orderly, ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly.
- Communication Skills: You excel at connecting with people and making them feel comfortable during interviews. Your engaging personality shines through in every conversation!
- Proactive Attitude: You see challenges as opportunities and approach tasks with a positive “can-do” mindset.
- Team Player: You understand the importance of teamwork and are ready to put the “T” in the team. Collaboration and support are key!
- Creative Thinker: Generate zany concepts that make people say, “Wow!” Extra points for ideas that involve grumpy cats or inflatable unicorns.
- English Fluency: Strong command of the language for effective communication.
- Hybrid Model Survivor : at least three days a week, you'll swap your fuzzy slippers for actual shoes. Yes, we know, it's a big commitment!
