We were born in 2013, and we provide services in the field of information technology.

We are looking for Subject Matter Expert- QA Klar Pris to join our company in one of our projects, in Lisbon.

Tasks:

• Define the test plan, user acceptance criteria and increase the effectiveness of the testing process by identifying automation opportunities;
  
• Assist the development team by providing expert guidance in defining the use cases;
  
• Execute quality checks through the SDLC to assure excellent quality of the delivered product, adhering to the group QA methodology;
  
• Act as escalation point and collaborate with the Support function to address complex issues affecting the customers;
  
• Create and maintain usage statistics and data intelligence on key feature usage trends;
  
• Contribute to the product knowledge management activities;
  
• Utilize Jira and Git Lab for streamlined Project tracking and collaboration;
  
• Apply Agile Development Methodology to deliver iterative, high-quality software solutions.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field;
  
• 5 years or more of working with craft or construction business solutions;
  
• Practical experience with software testing protocols, preferably with exposure into automated testing;
  
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies;
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  
  

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid (2x per week at the office)
