Steel Structures and Tank Supervisor - Sweden
Responsabilities:
- Plan and coordinate the installation of steel structures and tanks.
- Ensure all necessary materials are available and comply with project specifications.
- Schedule tasks and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure and coordinate that all necessary materials are ordered, delivered, and meet project specifications.
- Supervise construction subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety protocols.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used in construction;
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Reading and Interpreting Plans: Interpret technical drawings, and specifications to guide construction activities.
- Installation and Assembly: Oversee the proper assembly and installation of steel structures and tanks.
- Ensure alignment, fit, and structural integrity are maintained.
- Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with local, national, and international regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practice
- Maintain effective communication with Site Manager and clients.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, including progress, delays, and any changes made.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, labour, and equipment used.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction and installation.
- Develop and implement solutions to overcome obstacles and keep the project on track.
- Adjust plans and schedules as needed to accommodate unforeseen challenges.
- Stay flexible and responsive to changing project requirements.
- Computer Literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Good English knowledge (Medium-high level);
- Training in the digital tolls.
- 5 years experience in similar task
