Role Overview:
We are looking for a Service Manager/Coordinator to integrate one of our Nearshore Teams in Portugal, that collaborate with other Teams in the Netherlands and work with international clients across Europe.


What you will do:
  • Coordinating daily operations, managing client interactions, and ensuring seamless communication across our international teams in Lisbon and Utrecht;
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for client issues, demonstrating excellent communication skills;
  • Work effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds;
  • Adapt communication styles to bridge cultural differences and enhance team collaboration;
  • Apply knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures to optimize service delivery;
  • Manage multiple clients simultaneously, balancing their unique needs and fostering positive relationships.


What you are like:
  • Previously experienced in IT Service Management/Service Coordination;
  • Experienced working with Service Now ticket management tool;
  • Fluent or independent proficiency speaking in both Dutch and English languages (Portuguese is a plus);
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
