Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Informatics or similar;
- At least 8 years of professional experience in Service Management;
- Experience in optimizing the service from an analytical point of view;
- Close contact between technical teams, business and partners;
- Experience in creating KPIs and SLAs;
- Good leadership and communication skills;
- Client-oriented.
