Salesforce Integration Lead - Lisbon
Capgemini Portugal is currently looking for a Salesforce Integration Lead to join one of the world’s most prestigious and innovative companies in the luxury industry.

Their Lisbon teams will be an extension of its central Group Platforms teams and will be fully integrated in the core technology workforce. The main activities and tasks will be:
Lead the integration team, assuring the team’s development and a correct workload management (team of 1-3 people) as part of agile methodology in alignment with the scrum master.
Estimate the effort necessary to complete high level requirements during pre-assessment phases and as part of production bug’s investigation and resolution.
Support the user story design by leading the integration high-level design for the different project needs and coordinate with other technical teams across multiple technologies to complete the e2e integration design (Salesforce Platform, Mulesoft, SAP CPI, Informatica, Kong , Solace etc).
Define and produce the integration architecture, specifications and solutions in alignment with project team and domain/enterprise architects.
Participate technical requirements definition and analysis in order to produce detailed solution for the integrations.
Ensuring the correct and accurate exchange of data with other systems, investigating and fixing the different gaps doing a detailed analysis on the bugs in order to identify the origin of the issue.
Supported by the team, produce detailed function specifications and interface contracts.
Defining, producing, enhancing and publishing APIs.
Follow and ensure the delivery and the timeline of the other systems by coordinating them.
Creating and maintaining documentation such as integration workbook and other design documents and US.
Supported by the team, manage/execute/coordinate data migration and integration in testing and production environments.
Prepare and coordinate the execution of the cutover plan (excluding Salesforce manual steps) and monitor the platform resources consumption (bulk api/platform events).
It is required to have a good knowledge and understanding of various integration technologies used by Richemont such as Mulesoft, Informatica, SAP CPI, Kong and Solace

Academic Background
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Interview Process
