Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our EMEA / APAC team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background within the HR tech space, with experience in building accelerated sales from inbound sources AND driving higher value outbound sales to the mid-market sector.
This is a pivotal role that combines leadership, strategy, and execution in a fast-paced, globally distributed organization, and reports directly to our Chief Revenue Officer.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team of 6-8 AEs across EMEA and APAC regions.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and mentorship to drive individual and team performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.

Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for inbound leads (primarily SMB) and outbound sales motions targeting midmarket customers.
- Drive multi-threaded sales processes for larger accounts with longer sales cycles.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to build effective outbound lead generation and pipeline management processes.
- Align with partnerships to create co-selling opportunities with EORs, PEOs, payroll providers, and accounting firms.

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion:
- Own and drive regional revenue targets while ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Identify opportunities to expand market share across EMEA and APAC by developing scalable outbound sales engines.
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize sales processes and increase conversion rates.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to tailor messaging and offerings to regional needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Operations to ensure smooth handovers and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with Marketing to align on campaigns and content that support inbound and outbound efforts.
- Maintain strong internal communication with finance and sales operations to manage forecasts and pipeline reporting.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales management experience, ideally in the EOR, payroll, or HR tech space.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams across EMEA and/or APAC regions.
- Experience in GTM strategy development for both inbound and outbound sales engines.
- Demonstrated ability to sell up-market into midmarket and enterprise accounts.
- Ability to foster partnerships with PEOs, EORs, payroll providers, and other partners.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a distributed, remote environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and close deals.
