- Proporcionar uma experiência extraordinária ao cliente para impulsionar as vendas
- Comunicar de forma consistente com a equipa para garantir um excelente atendimento ao cliente
- Fornecer feedback do cliente e de produto aos managers
Embaixador da marca Ralph Lauren
- Proporcionar uma experiência acolhedora e elevada
- Cultivar os valores e o espírito da Ralph Lauren
- Demonstrar a cultura de "o cliente em primeiro lugar"
Operações
- Utilizar os sistemas e procedimentos da Ralph Lauren para melhorar a eficiência de venda e construir a base de dados do cliente
- Manter os padrões existentes da Loja quer a nível operacional quer de merchandising
- Manutenção da loja
