Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to drive the growth of our sales and account management operations. This role involves developing, maintaining, and expanding our service offerings, exploring new sales opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of client engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong business acumen, and a proven track record in sales and account management within the Oil & Gas and Industrial Gas sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Promote Services: Strategically develop, maintain, and expand ANOVA’s services and product offerings to meet client needs and market demands.
Explore Sales Opportunities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth and increase market share.
Account Management: Set and monitor sales account targets, ensuring alignment with client objectives and managing accounts for long-term success.
Client Communication: Oversee day-to-day client communication, ensuring effective engagement on current, new, and upcoming projects and opportunities.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients, remaining connected to them and the evolving market landscape.
Manage Expectations: Liaise with clients to manage their expectations and provide feedback on project progress and outcomes.
Project Oversight: Handle client input and feedback for all projects, ensuring detailed direction, clear timelines, and successful project execution.
Sales Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts, to assess performance and drive improvements.
Performance Improvement: Suggest actionable strategies to enhance sales performance and identify new opportunities for growth.
Core Skills & Competencies:
Education: University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Languages: Fluent in English, French, and Spanish (both spoken and written).
Industry Experience: Proven experience with O&G Global Accounts (SHV, DCC, UGI) and familiarity with the Oil & Gas and Industrial Gas industries.
Sales Experience: Hands-on experience in sales with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Power BI and Excel), and familiarity with project and P&L management.
Metrics Understanding: Deep understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to leverage them for strategic decision-making.
Negotiation & Communication: Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and solutions.
Business Acumen: Strong problem-solving attitude with solid business acumen and a strategic mindset.
Leadership & Teamwork: Demonstrated leadership abilities, organizational skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
