Teleperformance is seeking a dedicated Real-Time Analyst to monitor and analyze activities in real-time.
Your insights will play a vital role in identifying operational weaknesses and proposing efficient management solutions to enhance our performance.

What you'll do
- Generate and deliver real-time reports to the Operations Management Team;
- Compare call forecasts with actual results to identify variances and proactively address scheduling gaps;
- Provide in-depth performance analysis to support timely and informed business decisions;
- Support Supervisors by identifying and recommending more efficient management solutions;
- Determine optimal staffing levels for Front-Office and Back-Office groups, reallocating resources as needed to maximize productivity and Service Level performance;
- Monitor and control Service Levels to ensure targets are met;
- Manage breaks effectively to maintain service efficiency.
What you'll need
- Fluency in English (B2 minimum);
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience;
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and performance metrics;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changing situations.
