Job description

• Investment opportunity analysis:

• Handling assets held by the real estate company:

• Participation in cross-functional studies and projects of Horizon 4 real estate company
• Participation in the application of ESG criteria and the creation of environmental measures

• Graduate of a leading engineering or business school, with a specialization in finance or real estate;
• You have previous internship/apprenticeship experience in financial and/or real estate domains, with an Asset Controller, PE fund, or institutional investor, ideally with knowledge of the European office real estate market;
• You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills and have a high level of mathematical agility;
• Proficiency in financial valuation and modeling concepts, as well as Excel;
• Mastery of generative AI tools such as Chat GPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity;
• Fluent in French and English, any other language is a plus.
