Process Owner
Your Role
- Design, develop, install, and validate special tooling, equipment, and processes to aid in the manufacturing of electrical wiring harnesses.
- Participation in the development of technical specifications for new devices.
- Process research and development in collaboration with suppliers and OEMs.
- Develop and maintain technical and process documentation.
- Launch new equipment/devices and processes for new and ongoing projects in production.
- Launch and promote innovation, connectivity, and digitalization in an industrial 4.0 environment.
- Conduct training for employees located at our manufacturing sites.
Your Background
- B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical, Electronic, or Mechatronics technical field is a plus.
- Skills in planning, data collection, result analysis, and decision-making.
- Ability to comprehend technical documentation.
- Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Proficient communication and presentation skills in English – additional languages would be a plus.
- Willingness to travel for business.
