Minimum Requirements:
Experience as Chief Pizzaiolo helper that know how to manage pizza inside a wooden oven. (If you dont know, dont apply for this job)
Ability to manage 4 pizzas in the oven simultaneously.
Capable of working independently in the kitchen.
Experience with high-hydration Neapolitan pizza dough.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Neapolitan pizzas.
Job Responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking ingredients/toppings for pizzas.
Skilled in handling and stretching pizza dough by hand in the Neapolitan style.
Performing other tasks related to the role.
Cleaning the kitchen.
We Offer:
Employment contract to be discussed in person.
Full-time contract.
Schedule:
40 hours per week.
6 days a week (Monday off).
3 Lunch shifts and 6 Dinner shifts.
