Description: A pizzeria located in Almada/Corroios is seeking an experienced Pizza helper specializing in NAPOLETANA-style pizzas.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 1,100.00€ - 1,200.00€ per month

Description: A pizzeria located in Almada/Corroios is seeking an experienced Pizza helper specializing in NAPOLETANA-style pizzas.

- Experience as Chief Pizzaiolo helper that know how to manage pizza inside a wooden oven. (If you dont know, dont apply for this job)
- Ability to manage 4 pizzas in the oven simultaneously.
- Capable of working independently in the kitchen.
- Experience with high-hydration Neapolitan pizza dough.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Neapolitan pizzas.
- Preparing and cooking ingredients/toppings for pizzas.
- Skilled in handling and stretching pizza dough by hand in the Neapolitan style.
- Performing other tasks related to the role.
- Cleaning the kitchen.
- Employment contract to be discussed in person.
- Full-time contract.
- 40 hours per week.
- 6 days a week (Monday off).
- 3 Lunch shifts and 6 Dinner shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 1,100.00€ - 1,200.00€ per month
