Personal assistant:
Organize agenda of family and executive director, book appointment and follow up on the daily tasks assigned to support the family.
Submit daily report on accomplished task for more efficient monitoring.
Organizes documents; scan all documents and name them properly to be saved on company folders to share with various Government local agents; prepares and codes data for entry into computer system. Investigates and reconciles any discrepancies in files. ... Enters data into system via on-line terminals and other data entry devices; verifies for accuracy and completeness.
Build Files; fill up, correct, and review Government forms. Verify List of Documents and accuracy of documents provided by the applicant with the forms and the requirements from the various Government.; verifies for accuracy and completeness, including all signatures and ethnic scripts.
Follow up and Mail Registry; Follow up with local agents and Governments on the processing of the files (written communication + telephone conversations); creating and maintaining a database to keep track of documents submitted, dates for each file; keep records of all physical files ad original documents tracking.
Required Skills; organized; patient; capable to work under pressure and meet deadline; detail oriented; capable to identify different ethnic scripts; creative; dynamic; perfect command of English and Portuguese.
IT Savvy: Good command of the MS office pack
