YOUR PURPOSE

In this role, you will work closely with the Country Heads of Portugal, supporting their respective CHC (Consumer Healthcare) teams in the execution of annual sales plans. Your contributions will be vital in the efficient management and coordination of administrative, logistic, and operational tasks within the department.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative culture, ensuring alignment, and promoting effective communication across the team.

Support to the Sales team - Customer activation

Preparation and coordination of on-boardings & trainings (sales & local team)

Operations - support day-to-day operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals
