Laboratory Assistant (Part-time)
About Us:
FWS Group is an investment firm with a diverse portfolio of projects in the Middle East that is now expanding into Europe with a new production facility project.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a part-time Laboratory Assistant to join our team, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position as our production facility begins operations.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a part-time Laboratory Assistant to join our team, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position as our production facility begins operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine laboratory tests and analysis of raw materials and finished products;
- Assist in the preparation and processing of grape samples for polyphenols extraction;
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, results and findings;
- Support quality control processes to ensure product consistency and safety;
- Support R&D projects, including product testng and experiment trials;
- Collaborate with team members on research projects and data collection.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in chemistry, biochemistry, food science, or a related field;
- Previous laboratory experience is preferred;
- Basic knowledge of laboratory safety procedures;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols meticulously.
- Part-time hours with flexible scheduling (approximately 20 hours per week);
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from €12 to €20, based on experience;
- Opportunity for future full-time positions as the company grows.
