We are currently looking for a new member for the Human Resources team to join us in the position of Junior Learning and Development Technician.
Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Maia
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master degree in any given area, as long as you have a special interest in Human Resources and are tech savvy.
- Previous experience in a Learning and Development role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in instructional design and learning facilitation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Learning and Development Technician to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting employee growth and development, with a focus on coordinating training programs, managing learning resources, and assisting in the design and delivery of various learning initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and coordination of learning and development programs, workshops, and e-learning sessions.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and resources.
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of training events, ensuring all arrangements are in place.
- Track and report training participation and feedback using internal systems.
- Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, coordinating communications, and maintaining training records.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives and suggesting improvements based on feedback.
- Support the tracking and reporting of employee training hours and participation.
