Junior Financial Controller

Overall Mission
The Junior Financial Controller is responsible for checking the monthly financials of the entities he/she is in charge of and supporting the Head of Controlling and Consolidation Group in the consolidation of the monthly financials information. He/She will also provide support in tracking CRYOPDP performance against the business plan and the budget, review the business performance and market conditions to create forecasts and help the senior management to make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports/analysis. He/She acts as the right hand of the financial management team.
Main Contribution
- Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results and variance reporting

Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support

Assist the Head of Controlling and Consolidation Group in the budgeting and consolidation processes

Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization

Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new investment regulations or policies

Develop models that can help in decision-making

Support the team on financial technical topics (tax, audit, …)

Work on development projects for supporting the operations and the business
Profile (experience/ education)
University degree in Management, Finance or relevant field;
1 year of experience in the Financial Department in a multinational company or in a Big Four.
