As an intern, you will assist in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service, ensuring every guest has an exceptional stay.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Assisting the management team and in preparing daily housekeeping schedules and prioritizing tasks for housekeeping staff.

Participating in inspections of guest rooms to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Learning to identify and address maintenance or repair needs within guest rooms.

Gaining experience in organizing housekeeping stations and ensuring they are adequately stocked with supplies.

Engaging with guests to solve issues or requests, fostering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Collaborating with the housekeeping team and other departments to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements
What You Bring:

Internship requested by a Tourism or Hotel Management University
Available to complete a 6-month internship

A strong interest in pursuing a career in hospitality or related fields.

Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.

Organizational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
