Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelancer Recruiter to join our team. As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Europe. You must be registered as a freelancer and have a proven track record in recruiting for roles in sales, customer support, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your Linked In Recruiter license and experience with CV library platforms to source, screen, and recruit top talent.
- Leverage social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram for candidate sourcing, adding value to our recruitment processes.
- Effectively sell job opportunities to candidates, showcasing strength in customer service and multitasking.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates persuasively.
- Be adept at working independently and managing your workflow in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in German, Dutch, or any of the Nordic languages is a strong plus.
- Proven experience in freelance recruiting, with a focus on sales, customer support, and technical support profiles.
- Excellent networking skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
