The Customer Service Department intends to recruit a Electric Mobility - Contact Center Operations Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the operational management of Contact Centers in the liberalized market, specifically in the New Energy area, namely in electric mobility;
- Control of operational and management KPIs;
- Review or implementation of new processes;
- Promotion of continuous improvement through the identification of pain points and their correction, always considering the best practices in the market;
- Implementation and monitoring of new products in the operation;
- Monitoring and managing operations/partners at various sites;
- Alignment of best practices among various partners;
- Continuous alignment and communication with various key areas (segment management, smart mobility, B2C operations, field services...).
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management, marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus;
- Mandatory 3 to 8 years’ experience, preferably in operations management;
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making;
- Cross-functional collaboration skills.
