What do we want to achieve together?

• Collect, clean, and organize datasets from various sources.
• Design and generate reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (Power BI, Metabase, Tableau, etc.).Perform quantitative analysis to identify trends, opportunities, or risks.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand business needs and provide actionable insights.
• Utilize SQL to query and manipulate relational databases.
• Apply knowledge of financial tools, credit analysis, and risk management to support business and compliance initiatives.
• Ensure data analysis aligns with compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection and analysis processes.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst (3-5 years).
• Strong proficiency in SQL (data manipulation and querying).
• In-depth knowledge of one or more data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase).
• Knowledge of financial tools and concepts (credit analysis, risk management, compliance).
• Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
