What you will do in this role
As a Customer Advisor, you will:
- Developing, coordinating and answering health-related questions;
- Handling emails and calls from health professionals or patients about the use of certain medication
- Proposing concrete solutions to improve the department and customer relations

- Have a high level of Portuguese and Spanish (oral and written) and a good knowledge of English
- Have a degree in one of the following areas: nursing, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biochemistry or biomedical - eliminatory factor;
- Have an interest in scientific research;
- Have good communication, organizational and time management skills.
